How long will it take for an award to be done?


Average production time is 5-7 business days, however larger quantites may require more time. Custom produced items manufactured off site may require additional time, generally taking 10 business days from art approval. A delivery date will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date.


We pride ourselves on producing awards in a timely and efficient manner. We DO NOT charge rush fees and will work with you to get your award to your door when you need it.


Are catalogues available?


We have a few catalogues available to our customers, however, the most comprehensive selection of awards is right here on our website. We encourage all our customers to surf our site for their awards.


Are you able to produce custom designed awards?


Of course! We can design and execute an award that will be unique to your organization. You are only limited by your imagination! We are skilled in the graphics department and offer our art services to you for a nominal fee. We can incorporate your logo into anything we sell. Please see the Art Requirements page for more information.


Do you discount for organizations or large quantities?


Yes. Awards and ad specialties have certain "economies of scale" that allow for quantity discounts. Contact the sales office with your quantities and item selection and we can create an estimate that day.


Do you accept orders over the phone?


Yes, however engraving information must be faxed or emailed to prevent misspellings. For accounts with established credit, we can invoice you for the awards. For new or COD accounts, we accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa and Mastercard.


What if my awards or damaged or engraved incorrectly?


In the event that we make an error, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. In the event that the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible for a nominal fee. Regardless of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected award(s) to you in time for your presentation.


Do you produce custom promotional products?


Yes, we are a distribution member with Promotional Product Professionals of Canada(PPPC) and have access to thousands of promotional products. PPPC has an easy to use search engine website that allows our customers to "surf" the products available or search for a specific product. Do you ship out the awards?


Yes, we do. We can ship your awards directly to your doorstep with United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere within North America. Small shipments, such as one or two namebadges will be sent out with Canada Post. There will be a shipping charge assessed and we will add the cost of freight to your invoice.


How much is engraving?


A reasonable amount of engraving is included in the cost of the awards except for the acrylic, glass and crystal awards. Please refer to the Order Process page for examples of reasonable amounts of engraving.


Acrylics, glass & crystal awards are charged an initial $10.00 set up fee and an additional $10.00 lasering charge for each award. If all awards are the same unit, the set-up fee is only charged the one time but each unit has a $10.00 lasering fee.
