We can ship your awards directly to your doorstep with United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere within North America.
Small shipments, such as one or two namebadges will be sent out with Canada Post. There will be a shipping charge assessed and we will add the cost of freight to your invoice.
Average production time is 5-7 business days, however larger quantites may require more time. Custom produced items manufactured off site may require additional time, generally taking 10 business days from art approval.
A delivery date will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date.
Please Note That we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Please ensure that your order is correct before sending it to us. All orders are subject to our normal return and exchange policies once we receive them.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customization of each award, the majority of our products are non-refundable. We will ensure that the products are damage free. If there are any errors in engraving or lasering on our part, we will gladly correct them in a speedy manner. Any errors on the part of the customer is subject to a small fee.
Shipping Returns and Exchanges
To return an item, please contact us first either via phone on 905-388-8679or e-mail at email@example.com first before sending back the item. If appropriate, please indicate in your e-mail whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow 21 days days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please note initial shipping fees and the cost of gift boxes / wrapping as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. We inspect all items returned to us and reserve the right to refuse items which do not meet with our terms and conditions.
All customers please send your return with the original receipt via an insured, traceable method. International customers please mark your package clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays at Customs. Return postage is payable by the sender. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
In all cases, your proof of postage should show the Aran Awards address, together with the post offices printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting.
