During the process of laser etching, the cover layer of your material is vaporized, producing little to no depth but usually high contrast marking. The process is like cutting, except only the top layer is vaporized. Laser etching works well on materials with two or more layers, coated metals, anodized aluminum and engravers plastics.
Laser cutting happens when you apply enough power at a low speed to vaporize material thoroughly. If the material is flammable, it can be cut by a laser in most cases. We can laser cut cork, leather, plywood, wood and acrylic up to 12mm thick.

Sublimation Heat Presses & Printers
Sublimation is the method of applying an image to substrates such as slate, metal, ceramics and polyester cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, heat and pressure.
Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fibreboard, metals, etc. require a special polyester coating to accept the sublimation inks. Fabrics that are 100% polyester are ready to accept sublimation ink. Some of our sublimation products include; Aluminium Trophy Plates & Plaques, Slate Plaques, Metal Industrial Plates, Lapel Pins/Medallions, Key Chains, Pillows, Sports Towels, Mouse Pads, Coasters, Drinkware and more.
